Halton Capture Jet™ Ventilated Ceilings
Up to 15% reduction in exhaust airflow rates compared to traditional ventilated ceilings thanks to the Capture Jet™ technology, leading to significant energy savings. The Capture Jets can be combined with other Halton exclusive technologies which compose the High Performance Kitchen concept.
- The Capture Ray™ technology neutralizes the grease generated by the cooking appliances thus reducing the ductwork maintenance costs and improving the safety level;
- The Water Wash technology washes automatically the filters and exhaust plenums of the ventilated ceilings thus reducing also the maintenance costs.
